Our products include decking boards, siding panels, support pedestals, fasteners, and installation accessories. All product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color and texture may occur due to manufacturing processes and display settings.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We provide shipping and delivery services throughout the tri-state area, including New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and eastern Pennsylvania. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. EuroDeck Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries upon receipt and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
5. Returns and Refunds
Standard stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original, unopened condition for a refund or exchange, subject to a restocking fee. Custom orders, cut-to-size materials, and special orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion upon verification of the defect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
6. Installation Services
EuroDeck Solutions LLC offers professional installation services for decking, siding, and pedestal systems. Installation services are provided under separate agreements that specify scope of work, pricing, timeline, and warranty terms. Our certified installers are trained in European craftsmanship standards. Installation quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Additional charges may apply for site conditions not disclosed during the initial consultation.
